The title says it all. Our fall session has flown by. I've been a bit negligent when it comes to maintaining this blog and website. Teaching five or six classes per week in addition to my full-time job has left me without a great deal of time for marketing and promotion. I post more regular updates to our Facebook page, Orono Community Martial Arts. You should check it out.
I want to thank the students, parents, and community members who have participated in and supported our program. We had our final grades K-2 and 3-5 classes of 2018 today. Tomorrow we hold our final skills class of the year and next Monday our middle level and teen/adult lasses wrap up. It's always bittersweet to end a session and I wish we could offer more classes through the holiday season.
We will be back as soon as Orono Parks and Rec has a space for us - I think in the first week of January, 2019. Check out the Orono Parks and Rec website for registration details or check back here. I will make sure I post current registration information.
As always if you have questions about training in traditional karate-do in the mid-Maine area or you have questions about our program feel free to contact us using the contact form link on this site.
Happy Holidays and keep training!
